variable bandwidth filter question

I have a Variable Bandwidth Filter module (1979) which only outputs
through the hi pass and hi band outputs, the low pass, low band, and
variable outputs don't output anything.
Has anyone seen this problem, or have any ideas on what the failing
component may be? I've replaced the LF353N at the bottom of the board
but it didn't solve the problem. I was thinking the failure is in common
with all 3 outputs, but without schematics to follow the circuit, its
much more of a challenge.
anyway, thanks in advance for any ideas. I'm working on restoring a
4-module system to use on my next cd release. already resurrected a
ring modulator module, and need to investigate 2 non-functioning tkb
step membrane switches as well.
