Hope from Rex

Gents,
sorry for the catchy headline. It has gotten quiet in here…are there
only lucky guys out there, all tweaking their Serge systems, too busy
for SMOGging? Well, I have a simple question. Regarding the Coupler

output into an audio or control voltage input - or would I hurt or even
damage (gulp) the Serge? As far as I understood the Gold Book, the
[SSG] can be patched - together with a Noise Source - to act as a
Random Source module. Now, does the Pulse output of the Random Source
has the same voltage swing as the Coupler output of the [SSG]?
Regarding the hard sync that keeps me from buying an Animal and a TKB,
I asked Rex. He said, that he is currently quite busy putting together
a big system and will not have a chance to begin the analysis of the
hard sync issue on [NTOs] and [PCOs] until June. I hope that this is
not a Gentlemen's way of saying "never", so I keep my fingers crossed
and believe that he will find a solution [PLEAse].
I really do.
Best regards
