hi list,
one thing i could imagine that would be extremely powerful would be
something like a matrix-mixer. Anyone having 256 spare vcas? I could imagine
though that a limited set of vcas could be used like patch pins. the ems
for example has something like 20 pins or so. it might be possible to use
the digital controlled matrix for input/output switching of a limited set of
vcas that act as "pins". if all "pins" are used, no more connections are
possible, just as it is with the real mechanical matrix. switching of
configurations then could also switch the levels of the vcas.
