another Serge recording

A note for whomever is keeping track of records featuring Serge
gear: I just noticed that Alvin Curran's LP "The Works" features a
Serge synthesizer. As I was getting ready to Eb*y my duplicate
copy, I finally (after having the LP for years) read the liner notes.
Doh!
Curran combines piano, voice, and tapes with his Serge work.
The second side has lots of sequenced synth on it, in a very
improvisational manner. It's quite compelling and enjoyable.
Another artist who used to use Serge in his work is
improvisor/trumpeter Tom Djll. He's got a CD or two floating
around out there. He had a nice interactive set up that he used
live. However, he sold the system a few years ago and now plays
acoustically.
cheers,
