My Serge has "No Duckies" written on its panel, under the mylar sheet. This
has been a puzzle to me until today.
Apparently the builder of this instrument (back in 73) was a member of a
group that's name involved ducks (I forget exactly what), and apparently
they drew ducks on their equipment. Serge told the builder that he didn't
want any "duckies" on the panels. The builder "clarified" his statement as
such: "You want me to put 'no duckies' on the panel?" Serge answered, "yes,
I want you to put no duckies on the panel." And so he did :)
