New Serge Modular Planner....

New Serge Modular Planner....

2002-05-30 by jamescoplin

since it looks like modular-planner.com is down or gone or whatever,
i've decided to write a new web based congifurator program. it is
pretty much done but i have a couple of days of coding to get some
features like in place editing of modules etc without having to go
through the whole string based buildup. basically you select the
module location, the module you want and presto. i'm using the new
microsoft asp.net and c# with sql server driving the backend if
anyone cares. anyhow, i find that i'm short alot of graphics (like
modular-planner.com) and if i could get them, the site will come up
that much quicker. here is what i'm missing:

max
frs
frsx
pha
2pha
prnv
env
env2
2vca
xfad
vcfq
qvm
smx
pan
qmx
qpc
com
str
clk
noi
rvg
2rvg
quan
qseq
qtkb
sqp4
sqp5
sqp6
sqp7
sqp8

i think that's it. i should have the site up in a day or so. please
forward comments, and feature wish lists since i'm in the app now
i'll try to accomidate those features that were missing from modular-
planner. email images to me at moog@... . right now the image
size i'm using is 30 pixels wide for each 1 inch of module and 200
pixels high. the images are cropped right to the outer border so if
you have images that are larger than this that would be best. i can
resize things down to this.

at some point it would be nice to get electronic versions of this
stuff from sts, surely rex has the panels in glorious vector format
of some kind. anyhow, let me know what you want in your configurator
and i'll try to get it up and running asap.

I have most of those. Which format would you like, jpeg?
