in the 13 months that SMOG has been in existence, with its 1173 messages, i have never had to publicly castigate a member for repeated OT posts, but here goes:

Arpguy, you are hereby publicly castigated for your repeated OT posts. one more and i will gleefully execute the "BAN" function i am permitted to use as your humble moderator...assuming i can figure out how to use it, that is....
