If you can be patient, Modcan will have a VC delay out by mid summer or a
little earlier.
ALL aspects will be VC-able, plus it will have a minimum delay time much
shorter than the Blacet delay. Will work with audio or VC signals.
I've spent an amount of time discussing this with Bruce, and had expressed
an interest in using a VC delay to do modular "acoustic modeling". As you
know, very short delay times are needed for this. Bruce studied the
situation and has designed a circuit to accomplish this. Max delay time is
going to be a "few seconds".... Projected price somewhere between US
$300-$400. Limited number going to be built as Bruce the parts were "almost
impossible to find".
