Re: quad mixer (was WTD: Serge Shop-001-H)

Side note:
there's a new Vestax DJ mixer - the PMC-07ProI.S.P. -
that features quad outputs. There are two channel
faders (each with variable curve) & each channel has a
joystick to control the quad position. The VCA cross
fader also has variable curve . It's expensive
though, and only features phono inputs. I've got an
old PMC-50 which is really nice and the sound quality
of their equipment is top notch.

I've been in touch with Vestax about modifying it and
they said they could change the phono inputs for 2
stereo line inputs. They're going to get back to me
with other mod's, & I'll ask about the possibility of
c/v control.

regards,
Richard

After pretty exhaustive research it still looks like
the STS designed
modules are the only 'analog' economical solutions for
VC. (If you call
$3k+ economical ;)

I am currently using multiple software solutions that
work fine......but
would still like to work with MULTIPLE QUO's/VC.
