Yup, this is a very true statement. You can see a price list on the sergefans (egres) site and give yourself a good idea of what a panel would have cost new. I would say its rather important to find out if the panel is in good working condition before you buy it. I have some old pre-sts panels and I think they sound the same as current panels. Do pre and post STS Serge panels actually fetch different prices?
