I don't know any details, but one of the builders had to deal with a
major family illness or similar situation.
I remember my first order in 1997 - I was to get together & play in a
group on a Saturday. I received it the day before (Friday) and on the
Fedex slip I noticed Rex had bumped the priority at no cost to me, and
he never mentioned it. It was delivered with a TKB screw loose (from
vibrations during shipping), Rex sent me a little kit with some extra
washers & screws, again NC. And he put Roxanne on the phone so I could
say hi & tell her what a terrific job she did.
Sigh.
