seems like you promise a delivery date and then don't
come through... that's a flake in my book. If you say
six weeks and you get four weeks into it and it's not
happening.. be up front so Rex can tell the
customer.Again.. i'm assuming your the guy...so....
i've had my panel on order for a year...that's a
flake...Rex has had to apologize over and over for the
delay. At over 3K for the panel a year is jive. no
insult to your technical chops....and yes,... i do
know what's involved in putting one of these things
together.This isn't a hobby, it's a business. If the
goods can't get delivered on time, step aside.You can
re-buttal me and torch me till the cows come
home...and i expect you to...but the fact remains...
people aren't getting their orders on the promised
dates. I don't even ask for a date anymore... i just
say "whenever"
