hi,
my name is greg. i just joined because i have begun using the serge
at san francisco city college and have tons of questions. one for now:
when using the tkb, is there any simpler way to sequence rests
(triggering only select steps) than to stack all of the desired step
outs into the envelope generator? triggering the envelope from the
clock source (cycling dtg) obviously gives me a note on every step.
how do other people do this? is it common just to use an external
clock source which steps the sequencer to the desired rhythm, rather
than constantly?
thanks a lot,
greg
