After using the hacksaw for a couple of inches, I found that my arbor-trim saw was MUCH faster!
Also, in the process of 'liberating' my TKB I discovered (to my great delight) that, depending on the location of the cut, I could produce, for example:
2 8-step sequencers (although only 1 of them had a clock input)
or
3 5-step sequencers (ala Buchla!) with a very unique 1-step sequncer left over
or even
16 1-step sequencers (each with diferent control inputs!)
