If your Mackie has any posts on the back for grounding, this is where
the U-shape thing goes. It will look like a silvery metal shaft fitted
onto a similar looking bolt that sticks out the back of the mixer.
If you don't see that, then look for any screw that looks grounded to
the mixer's metal chassis. Loosen it up a little & slip the U connector
underneath, then tighten it again. The banana part of the connector and
the banana jack on your Serge power supply will connect together with a
long banana cable. That should take care of your grounding.
