Computer doesn't recognize RIP

Suddenly the Quadtone Driver doesn't show up in any driver windows, and I can't find it anywhere, despite re-installing it twice. there is no info available on setting it up. When I press "add" in the printer list, nothing shows up. Any help available on this? The tutorial doesn't address the problem.
