Hi Stephen, Frank, Have continued to try to troubleshoot this I/O Error 32 this morning. Deleted ALL temp files, cleaned out registry again, checked all drives and disk space, disabled all background apps again, re-installed (2.3), etc. Tried different spooled settings, direct print setting in Windows print properties, etc. Still getting the error message. Sure has me baffled and its now more annoying than ever :-). Only thing I haven't done is uninstall QTR and try a really old early version.
