Re: Quad Tone Rip Front End...I/O Error 32

2005-07-31 by Frank Kolwicz

Stephen,

I use spooled printing. My partition with the least space has 1.7 Gig. I
*have* removed one hard drive (not Raided, for image files only) in
anticipation of a new computer, as of tomorrow, but the the other two are
working fine with all my basic applications and files. We'll see if the
error message persists when I get the new machine running with all my
equipment and files installed.

Frank

One other question:

Are you using the Windows spooler or printing directly to the printer? If it
is
the spooler, do you have it set up to start printing immediately or to wait
until the whole file is spooled? If the former, try changing it to wait for
the
whole file to be spooled.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
