RE: Change contrast in prints

2007-06-14 by Joe Szabo

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me how to change the B&W contrast of my prints?

I use the Epson R2400, K7 inks, QTR and HanPhoto Rag Satin Curves. Epson
Matte paper.

I need more contrast in my print. Thanks for any suggestion.

Best,
Joe

Purge

I didn't run any special cleaning catridges through my 2200 when I
converted to NK7. You do have to "purge" the system enough to get rid of
any remaining color inks. I just printed the 7 color purge pattern file
until there was no trace of any coloration in any of the sections. You can
get the purge7.tif file from the MIS web site, but I believe it is
available from several places on the web.
