QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm not sure the install script will work but yes the 1430 is compatible
with the 1400.  Just setup the printer manually -- like doing a Bonjour printer.
See Tutorial.pdf -- make a printer named Quad1400 and then run the
Install1400 script.
