M15 Pulse Width Weirdness

M15 Pulse Width Weirdness

2006-11-12 by John

So guys, what's the definitive way to use PWM on the M15? When I use a
normal LFO wave I get the sound of the M15 cutting off and on. Also, if I
turn the PWM pot too far left, or right the sound disappears. Not familiar
with this operation. Everything else is AMAZING though.

    Thanks,
    John

The PWM-Pot does only adjust the pulsewidth. If you turn the pot too
far right or left, the pulswidth is infinitely small (=non-existent),
hence no signal. As for modulating PW with an LFO, you need to
attenuate it first.

Michael put it perfectly. There is no pwm mod amount pot on the model 15 so its set to
100% of the incoming voltage (hey we ran out of room due to other features). You just
need to attenuate your incoming mod amount.
