Follow up letter from Cliff regarding our cirrective action request

I have received the following from the president of Cliff: Hi Peter, I have received the following email from Alan Cook, the MD at CliffGroup in the UK: I have sent you 5 samples of Stock Number CL13841 - Description:S6 BB BLK PC SP/CON CRP U. The reason being that your customer asked, althought these are machnically identical. I thought that you may like to send him a sample. The CL13841 still on hand along with the stocks we have of CL1384 have been checked by Peter Short and he has advised that they all conform with the required standards.
