Shipments

2006-08-10 by (i think you can figure that out)

All,

I'm writing this to deal with the letters which have been posted
regarding waits for custom and/or backlogged orders, of which
there are 10 orders remaining - down from about twoce that
number past month.

Some of you have been waiting for some time. I understand this
is aggravating. I've hired two guys, we spend all of our time
between new orders to dealers and fulfilling our backorders. In
the last week we have sent four backorder shipments - one to
Northern Cal, one to Florida (Cuari - he posted about this), one
to Whales and one to Zoran yesterday. These four totaled 12
modules. In the past two weeks we have also shipped 40 units
to dealers, and will deliver another 35 or so in the next seven
calendar days.

Please understand that the delays are directly tied to workload.
Some of the Plan B goods are in great demand. We are doing
the best we can do to fill these.

Some of the remaining backlog is complex, which effects we've
made two custom panels for, one fitted with four Serge'd Model
15s, one with a quad lowpass gate, a custom ADSR, a custom
dual processor, a custom dual ASR. Both of these panels were
also populated with Serge modules. We had to de then re
assemble those on the new panels made for this project. You
can see photos of the two panels here:

Obviously, there a bit of work involved with this project.
Obviously, working on this inhibits our ability to fill other
backorders.

Some of the individuals waiting for these have run out of
patience. Again, understood. Of these, most are for custom Plan
B goods in several formats (Frac, Modcan, Synthdotcom). There
a Milton in there which littered with custom features, there's a
custom Milton expander in there as well.

This is what I propose:

I am scheduling two deliveries of backorders per week. The 10
remaining individuals will be put on this list in the order they
came into the shop. Each individual will receive a letter in the
next two days informing them of their ship slot.

That's the best I can do. I hope this will suffice to relieve some of
the pressure. I hope this will help quell the 'Peter Haters' which
were mentioned on this list earlier this week. I really do hope so,
because it's the best we can do. It's not going to go away in a
day, nor with exasperating posts in this forum.

If any of you have any questions, we've got a 800 number -
please feel free .If not, I'll be contacting all you all this week.

Can we talk about something else now?

Miltons

2006-08-10 by unknown freak

I don't see prices for the new eurorack Miltons. Are they out, and how much
will they be?

Will Analogue Haven have them?
