Taking tips from bloggers can be hazardous to your module (and it's warranty)
2008-12-02 by (i think you can figure that out)
All, I've recently come upon a few blog strings where individuals have sought the advise from fellow bloggers to solve their technical issues before coming to us. If your issues are how to get a ripping bass sound, or basic operational conventions of a given module then this is the perfect place to field these types of questions. If however you module isn't working as you think it should, a blog is the last place you should seek advise or recommendations. Please remember we do not publish our schematics, nor do we keep any second party service techs. There is no one qualified to give technical advise and taking this from unqualified individuals can damage a module permanently and SUBSEQUENTLY VOID YOUR 1 YEAR WARRANTY. Give s a shot first. If we don't respond in an appropriate amount of time (please keep into account when the weekends and/or national holidays are happening here PST), please by all means send that information where ever you see fit. But if you want your module working the best (read: only) place to seek help is from the individuals who made it! thanks, - P
