Hi Everyone

Hi Everyone

2005-07-22 by Steve R

I just wanted to say hello and apologize for the bounced emails.
We just switched our nameservers in the last 20 minutes (to support
the new website) and
I think that may be the reason for the email problem.

In the meantime you can contact me at: steve@steverightnour.net

I've read all the recent posts and contacted every one who said they
had an outstanding order.

I've already committed ETA follow ups by tomorrow for some of you.

For everyone else with an outstanding order - you can expect a
minimum of weekly
updates on the progress of your module beginning Monday July 25th
until all current
orders for the Model 15's are shipped.

Thanks for your patience and stay tuned to the list for an
announcement regarding Plan B
in the next couple of weeks

Query about Order for Zoran Bosnjak

2005-07-22 by Zoran Bosnjak

Hello Steve,

I ordered plan B oscillator last year, and also one filter (Steiner-Parker)
from Peter. I was in touch with Peter on the phone for the last eight
months. Peter claims he shipped these two items (oscillator and
Steiner-Parker filter) almost five weeks ago. However, these items did not
arrive yet, and I know that it takes maximum 3 weeks for the shippment from
LA to anywhere in Canada (I talked with the post office). Can you please
tell me what happened with the shipment ?

What worries me is that I had another package (LPG filter) from Peter
shipped 3 months ago, and it arrived, but it had INCOMPLETE address on it.
Peter did not write my apartment number and postal code (I swear I provided
full address). However, my name and street number were enough that time (I
had my name on the buzzer, so postman called me to get the package, even he
did not have the apartment number to know where to deliver it). Meanwhile, I
changed address, and informed Peter about the change of address. This time,
if Peter forgot to specify my apartment number, I would never get the
package, because my name is not on the buzzer. So package would probably go
back.

By the way, I paid in full for both items I am expecting. Please help and
regards,

Zoran

Re: [PLAN_B_analog_blog] Query about Order for Zoran Bosnjak

2005-07-22 by Peter Grenader

Hold on one second - I need to post some of the details which have been
omitted here.

One, post from the US to Canada takes a a long time. What he didn't mention
is the first package (a custom LPG, when he lived in Toronto) took close to
4 1/2 weeks to arrive. My PIC chip for the Milton come from Canada and they
take regularly eight weeks to arrive. I shipped that package to the address
listed in his paypal transaction records.

Secondly, while he has paid for the VCO in ful, he did this at the time of
initial purchase, he was not contacted to complete his payment. As far as
the other part of that shipment, he paid only a downpayment for two custom
modules - one of them being a Steiner filter. I shipped against that down
payment without collecting other funds on the Steiner as the second part of
that custom order is still in development. We have not yet even settled on
a final amount for either of these two modules. The VCO was sent out of
turn with the production schedule but was done in this manner to save him
postage fees.

I spoke to Zoran on the phone about this earlier this week (we speak
regularly) and asked that he call back for information I was to receive form
the Post office. We have not spoken for that the update and feel it's
inappropriate to go into these details on a group reply to the entire
internet on a list posting.
