PLAN B analog blog

Gents -

I sent a letter about this last week to this list,  just realized 
however it went to an individual and not to everybody.

Steve Rightnour is joining Plan B as a sales support person.  He 
will be contacting all of you in the next week regarding status of 
outstanding orders. He will be the point person in these matters 
form now on.   This will make a lot more sense in about a week's 
time. Look for a formal web annoucement.  We will post the url 
when that is ready.

Does he know that the email address he's sending us confirmation from
appears to not allow incoming mail? It bounced for me.

I wouldn't have replied to his mail, except that he called me Nick, which
is somewhat worrying...

That, on the other hand, sounds like good news!

I received and email from him, and my return message bounced.

In reply to his query, my order was placed under cgraef@nyc.rr.com on July
7, 2004, and the second half payment made in April.  I'd make a third half
payment but it defies physics.

Gents,

Steve is working from an excel list I provided him.  Please grant him
patience while he comes to speed and acquaints himself with each of you.
It is a gargantuan management task, but as you'll soon realize he's a pro
and uniquely qualified for the job.  He'll be getting in touch with each of
you shortly to schedule your delivery, verify your shipping information.
etc.  But first time out he may also accidentally address you by the wrong
name or refer to information that may no longer be inaccurate - like your
shipping address. 

I assure you he'll be up to speed in a jiffy and I'm confident you'll enjoy
dealing with him.
