nah, don't like(or hate) the doepfer knobs.  love the davies! and the
livewire bakelite knobs, but really the the planb/blacet soft-touch are
fine.
not pickey... but my preference seems to coincide with the knob cost.
the new joemeek aluminum knobs are excellent , and hongkongsuperseller on
ebay has some nice bakelite ones....
i appreciate them only so much,  for performance the davies are the way to
go... but they are pricey. and have too many bits of gear to try and make it
all look like the same.
