the Model 15 are definately not a limited run.  They will be 
produced for a s long as I'm making analog.

As far as the number of Model 13 for a system wiith 3 - 4 VCOs, 
i'd recommend two (a total of four gates).

Remember though - the Model 13 cannot gate control voltqges, 
only AC.  I did this for the simple reason that the vactrol, which 
give it it's distinct sound for AC, tend to add too much slew for 
control voltages.  If you'd like however, you can easily modify 
them so that they will in fact gate DC.  Feel free to contact me 
offline for directions but be wared - this mod may cause 
'bumping' when its installed - meaning you'll hear a slight thump 
sound with fast evelopes when the gate is openned quickly (zero 
attack).   The good news is, this mod can be easily removed.  Ho 
traces are cut, you just have to short out two components on 
each gate. 

Much cleaner gating of cotnrol voltages can be with eithera 
Deopfer A131or Plan B Model 14 however - no slewing. this is 
the route i'd recommend.
