I also feel the need to voice my support for Analogue Haven. I've only made a couple purchases from them, but the quality of service I got was top notch both times. I have also emailed them on numerous occasions about product availability, and had all my questions answered in a very straightforward/honest and timely manner. Analogue Haven is a dream come true for us synth/modular freaks, I'd hate to see their reputation tainted underservedly. Now, if they ever start jerking people around...well, that's a different story.
