I have to agree with Bakis. I've got quite a few Plan B modules and all have survived shipping from the USA and arrived fully-functional. Any problems that have arisen in use have been solved with simple instructions from PG. I've had issues with other Euro format modules and even my Serge system but I have to admit Plan B after sales service and support is the best. Keep up the good work.
