Elan,

could you elaborate on why the MX224 was "not good" for 1V/oct? did it
alter the signal? if so did you perhaps measure it? 

I am interested in the MX224, one of the uses would be for 1V/oct, but
mostly as an inverter for envelopes and feedback.
