PLAN B analog blog

Any recommendation for a specific model of oscilloscope? Just want to 
use it to calibrate my M15's. Cheap-but-does-the-trick-with-minimal-
hassel would be good. I've been looking on ebay but since I don't know 
jack, I could use some input.
