Are u saying the VCO does not function, that it's silent and it makes the PSU buzz, or are you saying it operates and the PSU busses along with it? Which model to you have: the Rev 1 series or the Rev. 2 series? If 1: Are you making sure the red band is UP on the module side and conversely the correct orientation on the A. Sll side?? If it is operating, just making the PSU buzz you're probably very close to the edge of the current rail on the A.
