My take on it is: so what if it is CG? It clearly isn't, but even if it was, using a CG mock-up for product announcement is common place. For the sake of argument, if Plan B did present CG for the announcement is that somehow supposed to deter from their cred? It's absurd to think that it would even be an issue.
