Oh man, actually it doesn't tie to equal rack units. Some of the modules were made the width they were especially to fill up the row, so they don't even tie to Doepfer width standards. My suggestion: go the EAR performance system section of the EAR site and work out the math on the products there which do conform to D. standards ( i think the topw row is good for that), then divide by 84 (HP).
