Jari, If you're willing to pay more, then think about getting a Model 14 instead because it can do everything you've mentioned here :) It would require a completely different circuit to do this with a M9. Secondly, I feel having an automatic DC applied to the NC contacts a questionable modification on an audio mixer because it would offset your AC's symmetry (raise or lower it away from center). I'm not sure you want this.
