In a letter sent to this group on May 26th entitled 'Tim Johnston', I mentioned that he had left and that Brian Fedirko had stepped in temporarily (which has now become permanently). The interviewing that took place brought in another guy who didn't work out. I've since contracted Jon Betton, who works at my neighborhood Starbucks two days a week, who comes in M/W/F. He's doing a great job and I'm pretty sure will be with us for some time. I'll update the site as soon as I can with their photos. As far as disclosing operational setbacks, I see little point in doing this until it becomes absolutely nessesary, or at very least not until a solution has been put into play and that's basically what I did yesterday. When there's a room full of new employees before we know if they're going to work out or not is not the time to do that. - P > You should have also made your end-users aware of this issue as soon > as it happened via this mail list.
