Since we're on Mike again, did he tour with the big M4 Chamberlin or did he reproduce the parts live with a Mark II?

Mike only used a MK2 on tour. I asked him on his website if he ever 
used any other keyboards live over the years.
   Speaking of the Chamberlin M-4...why didn't Mellotronics ever make 
their own version of a 4 manual machine w/ bass pedals?
