Don't know if this has been mentioned but I just bought a book at Borders Books called STRANGE SOUNDS by Mark Brend....which covers tons of oddball instruments in pop music like the theremin,Ondes Martenot,Clavioline,old rhythm units,Stylophone and of course tape replay units. The book comes with a CD demo-ing some of the mentioned instruments (no tron unfortunately) Looks like it'll be a great read! 24.95 (US) 16.95 (UK)
