....and the knives are Nazi daggars.  Lemmy Kilmister (Hawkwind / 
Motorhead) was a roadie for The Nice.  Emerson was using screwdrivers 
to hold down keys.  Lemmy had a collection of Nazi war paraphernalia, 
and gave him the daggars.

Kind of like Crocodile Dundee, he said "Keiff...If you're gonna like 
stick a noif in your organ, you'd better get a proper one"

I did a similar thing at a recent performance with my
Mini-Moog. Ok, so it wasn't a Nazi dagger, it was a
Meals-on-Wheels letter opener, but it worked just as
well - not to mention less controversial should the
press get a hold of it.
