I still wasn't satisfied with the story accounted by Brian Kehew earlier. Listening
to my
early LP version moments ago , it's ARP and Tron Flutes,unmistakeably.....
For those Doubting-Thomases,listen to the last 30 seconds of "Daniel."
Case-closed...

Gus Dudgeon also was producer for "Spring's" only LP, and Al Kooper's
"NYC,You're A Woman" LP .By no small coincidence,there's MK-II throughout.

There's a sleevenote on the Kooper album saying "thanks to Gus Dudgeon and Spring for the use of the Mellotron", so it was one and the same instrument.
