Mellotronists

It's a double album set loaded with great symph/Mellotron--each side
is a song. I have a German Ariola silver label pressing. The 2 LP set
and the reissued CD shouldn't be that hard to find. I got the 2 LP set
a year ago on eBay for ten bucks in great condition and was the sole
bidder. Careful, tho'--there are lots of other bands named Canarios.

Which brings up the question--hat has Canarios done since Cyclos(Ciclos)?

I picked it up some time ago as I had heard it was a great concept  album 
along the lines of RDM's Contaminazione.  I was greatly disappointed  considering 
what I was comparing it to.  I probably ought to listen to  it again.  I 
recall it was based on Vivaldi's Four Seasons.

The Contaminazione name reminds me of a band from Italy that was very much like PFM. I thought their name was "Il Revesco" or something close. I've searched for them for ages, so does anyone on here know about them?

Sounds like you're actually talking about the band who recorded 'Contaminazione' - RDM, or Rovescio Della Medaglia.
