...lyrics? those odd sounds that sort of sound like a distorted and twisted
8-voice choir?

(I've always felt that Yes lyrics are written for the sheer phonemic value
of the words, they are instrument sounds, not meanings)

Great, now I've got all those YesWords running through my head! =)
But what is the little "click-click-click" sound at the very, very
ending of "And You and I"?

FS. Weller

"....and right there, in motion, to fields of depths of honor,
defending...." (did I remember that right?)

I had drinks with Mr.Anderson once and he told me that he makes them up on the spot.

fantastic band. though I thought "relayer" badly recorded; the production was
superb, and moraz' contribution so distinctive and yet never overstated.
still watching wakeman's madcap aspel theme/white rock alternate career
path..... and the poor bastard birotron....
I stayed with yes until the buggles thing; after "wondrous.." had been on top
of the pops, and "whale" also bothered the charts, that was more than a
teenager could tolerate. this was up north, remember, where thin lizzy and
raven ruled the scene. also by then, we'd seen trevor rabin in an
unfavourable light supporting a triumphant hillage band, talented though he
obviously is.

and since then? "I called it 'onion', because it made me cry." but rick's
stand-up-hosting sense of humour prevails and it's once more into battle. any
english gigs planned?

d/slightly scorched 1098- "keep that bearded barbie doll away from me!"
