Do you have you studio appraised/insured (I need advice)?

Gotta get insurance as my collection has just grown in size and $$$, and I'm susceptible to flood damage being in a basement (great for sound insulation though!). By "need advice" I mean with getting appraisals on oddball vintage gear (Mellotron being the best but far from only example of that), not with the insurance itself. State Farm quoted me $0.52 annual premium per $1,000 value, which isn't bad. Thanks if you have any experience to share.....
