The Heep'tron has landed ...

2004-11-26 by mettalliccasucks

Greetings All,

After numerous Uriah Heep tron sightings on eBay, multiple frauds,
and two months being unaccounted for while "in transit", it has
finally arrived in it's new home.

My fears that the Heep'tron might become a heap o'tron during it's
extended journey were unfounded thanks to the beautiful flight case
it came in.

Everything seemed OK, but there was a moment of apprehension when I
first plugged it in. Should I just flip the power switch and take my
chances that everything will be all right? Or would the first thing
I hear be the "Mellotronic Choir" ... all 35 tapes stretching,
groaning, and snapping in unison?

I guess every tronist has wondered the same thing ...

Congratulations - hope your new baby flourishes. I just finished Protect-A-Muffing #886 to prepare her for the road trip to her new home. While doing so, I noticed that a couple of seams are going bad. So, does anybody know where I can get my muff repaired?
