Me? Can't take a joke?  What do you think my "blue state" comment was???

 

And regarding "pre-show jitters". I have probably played hundreds of more
gigs in front of thousands of more people than you have, so those "pre-show
jitters" disappeared soon after I stopped rehearsing in garages about 30
years ago. If that makes me an "a-hole", then so be it.
