Season's Greetings to All,
This is my first email to the List with the Yahoo-Group. I wish to extend holiday
wishes to all ,and will pray for a better year of 2002. This year began on a sad
note with my friend's home burning-down on 3-Jan. It's ending on a sadder note with
all the thousands of empty seats around the dinner tables in NYC,DC,and PA.
But through it all, the delightful Melly events in May and September-2001 in Glen Mills
and TRONto proved the tenacity of the human spirit to endure. Three cheers to those
who organized those events,and to friends both old/new who proved that life DOES
continue more than 8-seconds at a time. Wobblies included......
All the best and God Bless America in these troubling times.
