Mellotronists

Hello again,

Am I the only person online who's wondering why those Hovercraft samples are 
getting so much attention? I mean, why do people even consider using 
Mellotron sets of just a handful of different samples? Lucklily, I've been 
able to track down several Soundfonts of a multisampled (33-35 samples) M400 
and even one of some M300 strings. I'm willing to share these with anyone 
who's interested. Also, I humbly advise anyone sitting on a (non-commercial, 
of course) Mellotron sample library to make these available in the 
Mellotronists files section (for instance, has anyone of you sampled any of 
your own tapes?). This is just an idea, of course, but I think it would be a 
good way to increase the proliferation of that lovely sound.
