Mellotronists

Since all this talk of melotrons has been going on, I wondered if anyone knows the initial original patch presets for a MKII Melotron. And while I'm at it, does anyone know what and exactly how Tommy Banks played the "Watcher on the Skies" keyboard intro. I really think it's cool.
