My model 400SM/serial# M1835 is loaded with MKII Violins,Cello&Eight
Choir and I also purchased an additional rack with
String section,MKII Combined Brass & MKII Flute.Mine is black and sure
looks pretty!-I'm so excited-now back downstairs to play it-I just had
to tell the world!.

30+ years? Wow! Yep, that's about how long it takes those guys to get
anything ready.

Congrats on your machine! You'll get addicted. BUT buying a Streetly box
means missing out on fighting with the adjustment, not having to clean out
crap left behind by animals (including human animals), and not enjoying
that lovely 'tron "been packed away in a basement" smell.

Hmmm...Ya know, what's the point of owning one if all you need to do with
it is play it? ;-)

...kl...
M400 #805 - got that 'tron smell
M400 #1037 - got that 'tron smell...and more...

Hi, Pete.

Welcome to our merry band of troniacs. There is nothing like the feeling of
owning your first tron.

Pete,

This is great news! Everyone who wants one should be able to own a
Mellotron. You couldn't have made a better choice than to get a
refurb from Streetly. It's as good as a new one. Have fun!
